PREFECTORIAL SYSTEM

The Prefectorial system encourages our young students to shine, it is a leadership experience. Our prefects are the link between the students and the staff. Prefects have various responsibilities, which essentially involves them in assisting in the smooth running of the school. All our prefects are chosen by the voting system. Prefects are expected to have the trust and respect of both students and teachers.

MONITOR SYSTEM

All students are equally and by rotation considered for the post of Monitors: class monitor, discipline monitor, cleanliness monitor and homework monitor. As significant role models, all monitors must demonstrate high standards and values everyday in and out of the school.

Monitors Roles are:

  • Be positive, co-operative, helpful, trustworthy and responsible.
  • Act as a positive role model and promote the ethos of the school.
  • Willingly assist with the smooth running of the school by regularly and reliably performing duties.
  • Demonstrate high standards of uniform and attendance, punctuality and a sound academic focus.
  • Be exemplary in all duties as a role model.
  • Promote creative and academic excellence.
